Privacy policy

Zevvo is a project and task management application operated by Pak Peregrine Corporation. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the app and its related services.

Information we process

• Account and profile: your name, email address, user identifier, password authentication information, and any profile title or photo you provide. Passwords are stored as hashes on the server.
• Workspace information: organization names, memberships, invitations, roles, projects, descriptions, tasks, assignments, due dates, statuses and activity records.
• Content you choose to share: comments, project pictures, photos, attachments and voice recordings.
• Technical information: our hosting provider and application services may process IP addresses, request timestamps and error information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide shared workspaces, manage projects and tasks, display activity and invitations, store the content you submit, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and reliability of the service.

Permissions and device access

The camera is used when you choose to take a photo. Microphone access is used when you choose to record a voice note. Selecting a photo uses the system picker to access the media you choose. You can decline camera or microphone access and change permission settings on your device. The app does not require access to your entire photo library.

Sharing and service providers

Workspace information and content are visible to the workspace members who have access to the relevant project. We use hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hostinger, to operate our API, database and uploaded media. They process information to provide those services.

Uploaded media is served through direct file links. Anyone who receives a direct media link may be able to open it. If you load content hosted by another provider, that provider receives the network information needed to deliver it. We do not sell personal information or use advertising or third-party analytics SDKs in the current app.

Storage and security

The production app connects to our service over HTTPS. We use account authentication and project access controls to limit access to workspace records. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; contact us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Retention

We keep account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service. When an account deletion request is verified, we remove the account and associated personal data, except information that must be retained for a legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal obligation. If such an exception applies, we will explain it in our response.

Database backups are kept for recovery, with the latest three backups retained and older backups removed as new backups are created. Deleted information may remain in these restricted backups until they are rotated. Backup copies are not used for normal app access.

Your choices and account deletion

You can edit your profile and manage the information you share through the app. To request deletion of your Zevvo account and associated data, use Settings → Delete account or visit our account deletion page. Requests are handled by our support team, which may verify ownership before acting.

Children

Zevvo is designed for workplace and team use and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can review and remove it where appropriate.
